ANALISIS PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA SEKTOR INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR di INDONESIA (2011-2015)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor industri manufaktur di 32 provinsi di Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah tenaga kerja sektor industri manufaktur, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) riil sektor industri manufaktur, upah minimum provinsi riil, dan investasi riil sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan uji statistik dengan software Eviews. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) riil dan investasi riil berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di industri manufaktur di Indonesia selama kurun waktu 2011 � 2015.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that affect absorption of labor in the manufacturing in to 32 Indonesian provinces from 2011 until 2015. The variables used in this study is the amount of labor manufacturing industry, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) real of manufacturing industry, the provincial minimum wage real, and real investment riil of the manufacturing industry. The study uses regression analysis to the data panel and statistics test with Eviews software. The results show that the variable Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) real, and real investment significantly and positively against the absorption of labor in manufacturing industry in Indonesia during the period 2011 � 2015.
