HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KASUS PENCURIAN DENGAN KUALITAS PERMUKIMAN DI KECAMATAN DEPOK, KABUPATEN SLEMAN, DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengidentifikasi tingkat pencurian dan sebaran titik kasus pencurian di Kecamatan Depok, (2) mengidentifikasi tingkat kualitas permukiman di Kecamatan Depok, (3) mengkaji hubungan antara tingkat permukiman dengan kualitas permukiman di Kecamatan Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey lapangan, skoring variabel dan analisis deskriptif. Hubungan keterkaitan antara tingkat pencurian dengan kualitas permukiman menggunakan metode uji korelasi. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden kepala keluarga yang mengalami pencurian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) tingkat pencurian di Kecamatan Depok sebesar 36 permukiman yaitu bersifat waspada yaitu tingkat pencurian yang sedang. (2) tingkat kualitas permukiman di Kecamatan Depok sebesar 58 permukiman memiliki kualitas yang sedang yaitu tidak berkualitas tinggi dan rendah. (3) adanya keterkaitan yang cukup antara kualitas permukiman dengan tingkat pencurian yang berbanding terbalik, yaitu jika kualitas permukiman tinggi maka tingkat pencurian rendah.

This study aims to (1) identify the level of theft and burglary hot spots in Depok, (2) identify the level of quality of the settlement in Depok, (3) study the relationship between the level of settlements with the quality of the settlement in Depok. The method used was survey the field, scoring variables and descriptive analysis. The relationship between the level of theft with the quality of the settlement using correlation test. The data used primary data and secondary data. Total sample is 100 respondents house that was experienced theft. The results showed that (1) the rate of theft in Depok by 36 settlements that are wary that the theft rate is moderate. (2) the level of quality of the housing in Depok by 58 settlements have the quality of being that is not of high quality and low. (3) there is a sufficient connection between the quality of the settlement with the theft rate is inversely proportional, if the quality of the settlement was high, the level of theft is low.
