INTISARI Surat adalah suatu media komunikasi untuk menyampaikan suatu informasi secara tertulis tanpa bertatap langsung dengan pihak yang dituju karena suatu alasan tertentu. Pengelolaan surat di Direktorat Jenderal Kerjasama ASEAN adalah salah satu tugas penting dari Sekretariat Jenderal Kerjasama ASEAN yang memiliki tujuan untuk kelancaran komunikasi dan koordinasi di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia.

ABSTRACT Letter is a media or communication tool to convey information in writing, without having to meet directly with the recipients. The Management of letter in the Directorate General Cooperation of ASEAN is one of the important tasks of the Secretariat-General Cooperation of ASEAN which has a goal to expedite communication and coordination in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
