KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA MISKIN DI KELURAHAN REJOWINANGUN UTARA, KECAMATAN MAGELANG TENGAH, KOTA MAGELANG

Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Magelang Tengah dengan jumalah keluarga miskin 672 kepala keluarga. Kelurahan tersebut merupakan kelurahan dengan jumlah keluarga miskin terbanyak di Kecamatan Magelang Tengah. Melihat dari jumlah keluarga miskin tersebut apakah Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara Mempunyai ketahanan pangan yang baik?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui besarnya proporsi konsumsi pangan terhadap total pengeluaran rumah tangga miskin di Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara; (2) Mengetahui besarnya tingkat konsumsi energi rumah tangga miskin di Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara; (3) Mengetahui Bagaimana kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga miskin di Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara dilihat dari indikator proporsi pengeluaran konsumsi pangan dan tingkat konsumsi energi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan sumber data pokok penelitian ini adalah data primer dan dukungan data sekunder. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive di Kelurahan Rejowinangun. Penentuan sampel dilakukan terhadap keluarga miskin dengan rumus slovin dengan hasil jumlah sampel 87 sampel. Analisis proporsi pengeluaran konsumsi menggunakan rumus yang sudah di tentukan dan kategori proporsi menggunakan indikator Johnsson dan Toole(1992). Analisi tingkat konsumsi energi menggunakan perhitungan dan kategori tingkat konsumsi energi dari Surat Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No.1593/Menkes/SK/IX/2005. Analisis ketahanan pangan menggunakan crosstab dari indikator Johnsson dan Toole(1992). Hasil analisis ketahanan pangan di Kelurahan Rejowinagun Utara menunjukkan 64,4% keluarga miskin masuk dalam kategori tahan pangan dan 31% masuk dalam kategori kurang pangan, untuk kategori rentan pangan dan rawan pangan memiliki presentase yang sama sebesar 2,3%. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa di Kelurahan Rejowinangun Utara tergolong tahan pangan.

Village of North Rejowinangun is one of the villages in Magelang District of Central with the number of poor families 672 households. This research was conducted quantitative with the main data source of this research is the primary data and secondary data support. Locations were selected purposively in the Village of North Rejowinangun. The samples were made to poor families with slovin formula with the result the number of samples 87 samples. Analysis of the proportion of consumption spending using a formula that has been specified and the proportion of category using indicators Johnsson and Toole (1991). Analysis of the level of energy consumption using calculations and categories of energy consumption level of the Health Minister Decree No.1593 / Menkes / SK / IX / 2005. Food security analysis using crosstab of indicators Johnsson and Toole (1991). The results of the analysis of food security in the Village of North Rejowinagun showed 64.4% of poor families in the category of food secure and 31% fall into the category of less food for vulnerable categories of food and food insecurity have the same percentage of 2.3%.
