Tomatoes are annual crops that have only one harvesting period, so that in case of crop failure, the cultivation of tomatoes should start from the beginning. One of the causes of crop failure is an attack of invasive species. The attacks of invasive species have various effects on plant organs condition and they are easier to observe. By knowing the symptoms in the plant organs, the invasive species that attack can be determined and then do the appropriate control and prevention. In this study, an ontology is developed that able to determine the invasive species on a tomato plant based on the symptoms of roots, stems, fruits, leaves and whole plants, as well as providing appropriate control and prevention recommendations. Invasive species data that refers to the Center for Agriculture and Bioscience International are then grouped, processed and implemented into the ontology. Implementation of ontologies using 101 Development and designed rules. Ontology is tested using SPARQL query and the characteristics of ontology is tested with OntoQA. Developed ontology with 14 classes, 20 object properties, 9 attributes, and 158 instances are governed by 134 rules to classify invasive species and determine an invasive species that attack tomato plants as well as the countermeasures. Ontology have tested that can display all the scenario. The results of the characteristics of ontology test states that ontology is a rich ontology and is an ontology that is quite specific.
