Banyak perguruan tinggi masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilah dan menyusun informasi dari simpanan data mereka yang besar. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di STIKOM Surabaya, khususnya di Program Studi S1 Sistem Informasi. Kepala Program Studi (Kaprodi) S1 Sistem Informasi masih menemui kesulitan dalam meninjau performa program studi yang dipimpinnya Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memfasilitasi proses pengumpulan dan penyajian informasi. Untuk keperluan ini dapat digunakan simpanan data dengan skema data mart yang terhubung secara langsung ke dalam sebuah dashboard application untuk mempermudah proses monitoring performa program studi. Setelah sistem selesai dirancang, dibangun dan diuji; kemampuan fungsional sistem berjalan 100% sesuai harapan, pengguna menerima sistem dengan baik, dan sistem mampu memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi Kaprodi S1 Sistem Informasi.

Many universities still face difficulties in organizing and constructing meaningful information over their enormous amount of data. This condition also happens in STIKOM Surabaya, especially in Information System (IS) Bachelor Program. However, the chief of IS Bachelor Program still meets difficulties in the study program������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½s performance monitoring. Based on the problem, a system capable of information gathering and presentation is needed. For this requirement, a data storage with data mart schema can be used. The data storage then directly accessed by a dashboard application to facilitize the study program������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½s performance monitoring. After the system had been designed, implemented, and tested; the system functionality works 100% as expected, the user accepting the system well, and the system could provide information needed by the chief of IS Bachelor Program.
