Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepercayaan (trust) pada pimpinan, pengaruh positif kepercayaan (trust) pada pimpinan terhadap komitmen afektif, dan pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen afektif, serta kepercayaan (trust) guru pada pimpinan sebagai pemediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul dengan sampel penelitian adalah guru SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul sebanyak 44 orang. Analisis mediasi dilakukan dengan analisis regresi bertingkat (Hierarchical Regression Analysis) menurut Baron dan Kenny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan (trust) guru pada pimpinan dan, (2) kepercayaan (trust) guru pada pimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif, (4) kepercayaan (trust) guru pada pimpinan memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen afektif.

This study aims to analyze the positive effect of transformational leadership on trust on leadership, positive influence of trust on the leadership of the affective commitment, and the positive influence of transformational leadership on affective commitment, and trust in the teacher leadership as mediation between leadership transformational and affective commitment. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul with sample being SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul of 44 people. Mediation analysis was conducted with multilevel regression analysis (Hierarchical Regression Analysis) by Baron and Kenny. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on trust in the teacher leadership and, (2) trust in the teacher leadership has a positive effect on affective commitment, (3) transformational leadership has a positive influence on affective commitment, (4) trust to teachers has partial mediation between transformational leadership and affective commitment.
