Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisa praktek kerja manajemen risiko yang digunakan oleh Export Credit Agency PT INDOEXPORT dalam mengolah risiko yang muncul dari risiko komersial dan politik dari aktivitas ekspor dan mengidentifikasi factor penting dalam bisnis tersebut. Aktivitas ini termasuk identifikasi risiko, analisa manajemen risiko, identifikasi masalah pada praktek manajemen risiko, serta mencari solusi dari masalah tersebut. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, asuransi melaksanakan manajemen risiko dalam bentuk prosedur penutupan asuransi yang terdiri dari empat fase yaitu penutupan polis, permohonan limit, permohonan penutupan, klaim, serta proses subrogasi. Masing aktivitas memiliki peranan penting dalam mengolah risiko.

The objective of this study is to analyze the risk management practice used by the Export Credit Agency INDOEXPORT to manage risks arising from commercial and political risk from export activities as well as identifying important factors in the business. This includes risk identification, risk management analysis, possible problem identification surrounding the risk management practice, and find the solutions to the identified problems. In running the business, the insurance conducts risk management practices in the cover limit procedure which encompasses four phases of cover limit namely policy coverage, credit limit, coverage request, and claim procedure as well as subrogation. Each of the activity plays important role in managing the risk.
