Karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Karyawan yang berkualitas akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengelola aktivitasnya sehingga tujuan yang ditetapkan dapat tercapai. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya kini semakin berkembang dan banyak membuka cabang, sehingga diperlukan adanya rekrutmen karyawan untuk mengelola bisnis. Sistem perekrutan karyawan berbasis web merupakan solusi untuk menunjang proses seleksi karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode AHP (Analitic Hierarchy Process). Kriteria dan alternatif yang dinilai dalam sistem ini dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari posisi kerja yang ditawarkan. Proses penyelesaian metode adalah menentukan urutan prioritas kriteria dan alternatif, menentukan lamda, lamda maks, consistency index, ratio consistency, dan menghitung skor pelamar kerja. Pada tesis ini, peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis pokok-pokok bahasan tersebut dan hasilnya ditujukan untuk memberikan saran bagi PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya yaitu mengembangkan sistem perekrutan karyawan berbasis web untuk proses seleksi karyawan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.
