Hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja

2006 | Tesis | S2 Psikologi (Psikologi TerapanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 90 karyawan di PT Angkasa Pura II Cabang Pontianak. Subjek diperoleh berdasarkan pada kriteria: bekerja di dalam ruangan tanpa pendingin ruangan atau di luar ruangan yang berdekatan dengan bandar udara karena suara bising pesawat terbang mengganggu konsentrasi bekerja, pelaksanaan kerja karyawan, dan berpendidikan minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode angket untuk skala (alat ukur) persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi ganda dan analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja (F = 17,332; p < 0,05; R = 0,534; R2 = 0,285), (2) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan (r = 0,274; p < 0,05; r2 = 0,58), (3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja (r = 0,437; p < 0,05; r2 = 0,19).
The purpose of this research was to recognize role of the perception toward noise in working environment and organization climate with the job satisfaction, the relationship among perception toward noise in working environment with the job satisfaction, and the relationship between the organization climates with the job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 90 employees of PT Angkasa Pura II branch of Pontianak. The subject were selected based on following criteria of company employees have, such as minimum education of Senior High School, and working in the place without air conditioner or working outside the building near the airport because the noise of the plane will distract their concentration and work performance. Data collection in this research was done through questionnaire method. The scales of a perception toward noise in working environment, the organization climate, and the job satisfaction were used as parameters. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and a partial correlation analysis. The result of this research indicated that (1) There were relation among perception toward noise in working environment and organization climate with the job satisfaction (F = 17,332; p < 0,05; R = 0,534, R2 = 0,285), (2) There was significant negative relation between perception toward noise in employee working environment with the job satisfaction (r = - 0,274, p < 0,05 and r2 = 0,58), (3) There was significant positive relation between the organization climate with the job satisfaction (r = 0,437, p < 0,05 and r2 = 0,191).
