Resilience is a person's ability to rise from adversity in difficult conditions. Previous research on Indonesian Military Academy Cadets showed an increase in the number of cadets who were sanctioned by reasons of disciplinary problems, which were a result of low resilience. Resilience ability can be improved by increasing inhibition control ability through emotional stimuli Go/No-Go Task training for one week in a row. This study used a digital game-based intervention to 19 participants in the experimental group with high resilience and moderate resilience experiments. No treatment was given to the other 19 subjects in the high resilience control group and the moderate resilience control group. The results showed no difference between the experimental and control groups in the inhibitory control. This result could be due to the fact that the participant's process of inhibiting training was a bottom-up process, not a top-down process. Despite the positive correlation between inhibition control and the resilience of Indonesian Military Academy Cadets, Go/No-Go Task training also did not have a significant effect on resilience. This result could be due to the insignificance of the pressure generated by the Go/No-Go Task training on participants. Furthermore, the positive correlation between the Go/No-Go Task training with Flanker Task and Simon Task raises another indication that the Go/No-Go Task training has no effect due to the testing effect.
