Fakultas Psikologi UGM memiliki salah satu unit yang bergerak dalam pemberian layanan psikologi, yaitu Unit Konsultasi Psikologi (UKP). Layanan psikologi di UKP secara umum masih sangat terbatas dan belum dapat diakses secara masif. Selama ini, pendaftaran pelayanan psikologi dan penentuan jadwal konsultasi masih dilakukan secara manual dimana psikologi yang akan membuat jadwal konsultasi harus menghubungi pihak admin terlebih dahulu untuk melakukan pengecekan ruangan beserta waktu yang bisa digunakan untuk konsultasi. Hal ini tentu sangat tidak efektif karena pihak admin harus melihat jadwal yang tersedia dan mencarikan data ruangan yang kosong beserta waktunya secara manual sehingga akan menyita waktu dan pada akhirnya tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya bentrok jadwal. Dari permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran pelayanan psikologi UKP UGM secara online. Klien dan psikolog dapat mendaftar melalui sistem berbasis android yang terintegrasi dengan sistem berbasis web yang diakses oleh admin dengan memanfaatkan API (Application Program Interface). Admin juga dapat mengatur jadwal konsultasi sesuai dengan ruangan dan waktu yang tersedia. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, JavaScript dengan framework jQuery, webserver Apache, MySQL untuk pengolahan basis data, dan API (Application Programming Interface) agar dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem berbasis mobile . Dalam sistem ini, terdapat beberapa fitur yang disediakan yaitu, sistem dapat melayani pendaftaran klien, psikolog dan admin. Sistem dapat menampilkan data master berupa layanan, kategori klien, sesi, status dan ruangan yang bisa digunakan oleh admin untuk pembuatan atau pengaturan jadwal konsultasi. Sistem dapat menampilkan informasi jadwal konsultasi, rekap layanan, rekap psikologi, dan rekap klien. Melalui sistem memudahkan admin dalam menentukan jadwal konsultasi antara psikolog dan klien, dan memudahkan admin dalam pengolahan data konsultasi.

The Faculty of Psychology UGM has one unit engaged in providing psychological services, namely the Psychology Consultation Unit (UKP). Psychology services in UKP in general are still very limited and cannot be accessed massively. During this time, registration of psychology services and the determination of the schedule of consultations are still done manually where the psychology who will make a schedule of consultations must first contact the admin to check the room along with the time that can be used for consultation. This is certainly very ineffective because the admin must look at the available schedule and manually find the empty room data and the time so that it will take up time and in the end does not rule out the possibility of clash of schedules. From these problems, an information system is needed that provides convenience in the process of registering the psychological services of UKP UGM online. Clients and psychologists can register through an Android-based system that is integrated with a web-based system that is accessed by the admin by utilizing the API (Application Program Interface). Admin can also set a consultation schedule according to the room and time available. This system was built using the PHP programming language with Laravel framework, JavaScript with the jQuery framework, Apache webserver, MySQL for database processing, and API (Application Programming Interface) to be integrated with mobile-based systems. In this system, there are several features provided such as, the system can serve the registration of clients, psychologists and admins. The system can display master data in the form of services, client categories, sessions, status and rooms that can be used by the admin to create or schedule consultations. The system can display consultation schedule information, service recap, psychology recap, and client recap. Through the system allows the admin to determine the schedule of consultations between psychologists and clients, and facilitate the admin in processing data consulting.
