Adanya perubahan peraturan Badan Wakaf UII menjadikan perubahan pada sistem pembayaran yang dilakukan Divisi Keuangan FTI UII. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di Divisi Keuangan. Sebelum peraturan baru diberlakukan proses pembayaran yang dilakukan terbagi menjadi 2 jenis yaitu sistem pembayaran penghasilan tunai dan sistem pembayaran transfer, dan mayoritas karyawan dan dosen menggunakan proses tunai. Setelah peraturan baru diberlakukan proses pembayaran yang harus dilakukan secara transfer. Maka dari itu peneliti berusaha menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul dari adanya peraturan tersebut dengan membuat desain sistem dan menerapkannya pada Divisi Keuangan FTI UII. Tujuan sistem yang baru untuk memberikan sistem yang mampu mempercepat proses pembayaran transfer serta sistem pemberitahuan rincian transfer rekening. Tujuan tersebut untuk membentuk transparansi antar unit kerja dalam satu fakultas. Metode yang digunakan ialah desain sistem dan root cause analysis Aplikasi yang digunakan ialah, Microsoft Excel dan SMS Gateway. Hasilnya berupa rekapitulasi otomatis dan notifikasi transfer. Dengan demikian sistem yang dibuat sudah berjalan hingga saat ini digunakan dan dapat bermanfaat membantu mengurangi beban kerja staf keuangan.

The changes of legislation in Badan Wakaf UII made the payment system also change which is FTI UII Finance Division. This study aims to solve existing problems in the Finance Division. Before the new regulations are enacted the payment process is divided into 2 types: cash payment and transfer payment system, and the majority of employees and lecturers use the cash process. After the new regulation was applied the process of payment has to be done by transferring. Therefore, the researcher tries to solve the problems that arise from the existence of the regulation by making the system design and applying it to Finance Division of FTI UII. The purpose of the new system is to provide a system capable of speeding up the transfer payment process as well as the account transfer details notification system. The objective is to establish transparency between work units within a faculty. The method used is system design and root cause analysis Application used is, Microsoft Excel and SMS Gateway. The result is automatic recapitulation and transfer notification. Thus a system that has been built up to date is used and can be useful to help reduce the workload of financial staff.
