Recording budget realization in the system implemented by the Directorate of Finance, University of Gadjah Mada facilitate to create a system that is used in preparing the financial statements online and centralized. However, in the preparation of financial statements require various kinds of data that becomes a component of the report. The data is stored in multiple system that used by the University of Gadjah Mada. Data of education admission stored on Sistem Informasi Registrasi (SIREG), data of money income non education and bugdet realization stored on Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan (SIMKEU), asset data stored on Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIMASET), while the data entities and chart of account stored on Sistem Informasi Manajemen Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja (SIMABEKA). Data integration methods that can be chosen in the preparation of a system that can be used to prepare financial statements. To facilitate users and utilizing the resources, the previously Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIMAKUN) based desktop adopted becomes part of Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan (SIMKEU) in the form of accounting module. Data integration process that involves a variety of these systems require a mechanism business process to be agreed by systems that already exist so the output data that is expected to support the preparation of financial reporting is valid and accountable.
