Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi dan menganalisa masalah good corporate governance pada Bumi plc dan Bumi resources. Analisa inl akan berfokus pada mekanisme good corporate governance di Bumi plc dan Bumi resources. Good corporate governance dapat di definisikan sebagai perangkat struktur proses dan tingkah laku berhubungan dengan korporasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola, mengarahkan, dan memimpin bisnis dan korporasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan kelangsungan bisnis. (Anand, 2008; Rezaee 2007 as cited in Warsono et al., 2009) penelitian ini menjelaskan konflik keagenan yang muncul di konflik Bumi plc dan Bumi resources.penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengeksplore bagaimana konflik keagenan dapat menyebabkan masalah corporate governance . penelitian ini juga menjelaskan seberapa besar kerugian yang disebabkan oleh konflik ini.untuk menganalisa digunakan event-sructure.

This research is conducted to explore and analyze the problems of good corporate governance in Bumi plc and Bumi resources. The analysis will focus in the good corporate governance mechanism in Bumi plc and Bumi Resources . Good corporate governance can be define as a set of structured processes and the behavior related to corporate that used to managing, directing, and leading the business and corporate businesses with the aim of improving the company's values and business continuity.
