Pengukuran kinerja supply chain dilakukan terhadap sembilan metrik finansial dan non-finansial yaitu perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment cycle, upside supply chain adaptibility, upside supply chain flexibility, total cost to serve/revenue, cash-to-cash cycle time, net income margin, return on equity dan return on invested capital.
Inflight services is one of core competency in services domain of airlines industry. The inflight services management become priority in all airline company to elevate the competitive advantage within its industry. The inflight services management from supply chain point of view is one of most strategic area because it linked directly with company performance both financially and non-financially. To create the effective and efficient supply chain, can be done through forming a supply chain partnership. In continuation of this partnership, one needs to measure the partnership performance to understand which area requires improvement as well as ensure whether one should continue the partnership or no. This research is analytic descriptive for which is not objected to test any hypotheses but to describe, record and analyse. Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model approach is used to evaluate the partnership performance. Performance evaluation in SCOR Card adopted benchmarking aspect in comparing existing supply chain partnership performance with external performance indicator in industry or other competitor that own similar supply chain characteristics. Supply chain performance evaluation conducted toward 9 financial and non-financial metrik such as perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment cycle, upside supply chain adaptibility, upside supply chain flexibility, total cost to serve/revenue, cash-to-cash cycle time, net income margin, return on equity and return on invested capital. Metrics with positive gap are upside supply chain flexibility and upside supply chain adaptibility. The rests of 7 metrics has negative gaps. Meaning these 7 metrics in priority to be improved and developed completely to all aspects within them. The result of this performance evaluation will be useful to be management decision-support aid in order to decide the continuation of this supply chain partnership.
