Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dan subjective well-being pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang akan menghadapi masa pensiun. Metode korelasional dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi hubungan kedua variabel secara statistik. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Skala Subjective Well-Being yang terdiri dari Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (Watson, Clark, & Tellegen, 1988), Satisfaction with Life Scale (Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin), dan Skala dukungan sosial keluarga.Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang (N=100) yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten X. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi kedua variabel sebesar r = 0,473 dengan taraf signifikasi p<0,01. Adapun sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap subjective well-being sebesar 27%. Dengan demikian terdapat korelasi positif antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan subjective well-beingpada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang akan menghadapi masa pensiun.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and subjective well-being of before retired civil servants. Correlational methode is used in this research to find and identify the relationship between the two variables statistically. Measuring instrument used Subjective Well-Being Scale that consist of the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (Watson, Clark, & Tellegen, 1988), and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin), and also the family social support scale as second instrument. Sample of this study was 100 persons (N=100) who are civil servant at the region goverment office in X region. The result of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between family social support and subjective well-being r = 0,473 with a significance level p < 0,01. The effective contribution of family social support on subjective well-being amounted to 27%. It can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between family social support and subjective well-being in civil servant of before retired.
