Abstract This research discusses about adolescent reproductive health ranging from reproductictve health problems experienced by adolescents, such as premarital sex, HIV/AIDS and NAPZA, and prevention methods of the issues. Issues of adolescent reproductive health is important to study because a teenager is one of many potential assets in the development of a country, so that the government establish a program called GenRe through the PIK-R to overcome these problems. This research aims to determine the communication between parents and adolescents related to the delivery of information of TRIAD KRR and knowing about the role of the PIK-R Lentera Merapi to overcome the issues that related to adolescent reproductive health in Cangkringan. The research uses concept of the role of Jim Ife which is, according to Jim Ife theory, there are four groups, they are facilitative roles, educational roles, representational roles and technical roles. However, this research uses only two roles to analyze the role of PIK-R Lentera Merapi, they are facilitative roles and educational roles. In addition, this research also uses the concept of adolescent resilience framework and communication for both parent and teenager. The three concept is aims to strengthening the phenomena studied by the writer and to framework the research analysis that the results of the study in accordance with the needs of the writer. This research is belonging to qualitative research with descriptive approach. The instruments that used by the writer to gather the information is an interview guide and the subject of this research is determined by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of this research stated that communication between parents and adolecents related to the delivery of information TRIAD KRR is ineffective. It is because the parent feels taboo about the teenagers‟ gende differentiation, lack of information about TRIAD KRR. Thus, the parents only provide information about NAPZA and they have a high intensity of time work. This is evidenced by the number of adolescent problems in Cangkringan as many as 71 teenagers have had sex before marriage, 40 adolencents experience unwanted pregnancy, 12 teenagers affected IMS, 11 teenagers taking drugs and 12 teenangers to deliver in their teens. It makes PIK-R Lentera Merapi role in overcome the teenagers problem in Cangkringan as a facilitative roles doing the counseling or sharing materials in associated with TRIAD KRR and teenagers‟ character over parents and teenagers, and counseling on troubled both teenagers and adolescents. PIK-R Lentera Merapi also serve as educational roles that the provision of training in adolescents. Thus, teenagers have productive activities through taman cerdas PIK-R Lentera Merapi. It had a positive impact as evidenced by an increase in the number of teenagers who counseled both men and women, and the openness of residents related to IMS like HIV/AIDS has also increased.
