Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas serta efisiensi penyaluran Raskin di Kecamatan Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati. Efektivitas Penyaluran Raskin diukur dengan 6 Indikator ketepatan atau 6T. 6T terdiri dari tepat sasaran, tepat harga, tepat jumlah, tepat waktu, tepat kualitas, dan tepat administrasi. Efisiensi penyaluran Raskin diukur berdasarkan biaya tambahan tebus Raskin dan jumlah Raskin yang diterima Rumah Tangga Sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 60 responden yang dipilih menguunakan metode proportional random sampling. Dilakukan uji rerata (one sample t test) terhadap data yang diperoleh untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyaluran Raskin serta dihitung biaya tambahan untuk menebus Raskin dan jumlah Raskin yang diperoleh Responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran Raskin di Kecamatan Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati belum efektif, hanya memenuhi 2 indikator ketepatan yaitu tepat sasaran dan tepat waktu. 4 indikator lainnya yaitu tepat harga, tepat jumlah, tepat kualitas, dan tepat administrasi belum dapat terpenuhi. Penyaluran Raskin di Kecamatan Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati belum efisien, rata-rata Rumah Tangga Sasaran Penerima Manfaat Raskin mengeluarkan biaya tambahan untuk menebus Raskin sebesar Rp. 1.913,00 per kilogram dan hanya mendapat jatah Raskin sebesar 4,95 kg/bulan.

Distribution of Raskin in District Pucakwangi Pati Regency is not efficient, the average Target Households Raskin Beneficiaries incur additional costs to redeem Raskin Rp. 1913.00 / kilogram and only gets Raskin 4.95 kg / month.
