Pengembangan E-learning of Maternity Nursing Process (EL-MNP)Dengan Pendekatan Taksonomi NANDA-I, NIC dan NOC Untuk Mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan

Latar Belakang: Rendahnya penguasaan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan NANDA-I, NIC, NOC pada asuhan keperawatan maternitas, belum tersedianya media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menjadi peluang bagi dosen untuk menciptakan inovasi dalam pembelajaran melalui E-learning. Tujuan Penelitian: Mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan prototype E-learning asuhan keperawatan maternitas menggunakan pedoman NANDA-I, NIC, NOC. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini dilakukan di STIK Muhammadiyah Pontianak selama 5 bulan. Teknik sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling, terdiri dari 2 orang dosen dan 5 orang mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi metode. Hasil Penelitian: Proses pengembangan hanya dapat dilakukan dalam 2 tahapan dari 4 tahapan metode prototyping. (1) Tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis masalah dalam proses pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan, bersumber dari dosen dan mahasiswa yang meliputi (a) strategi pengajaran yang kurang efektif, b)kurangnya kesepakatan penggunaan NANDA-I, NIC, NOC dalam pembelajaran, c)7 hal terkait pemahaman dan sikap mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan NANDA-I, NIC, NOC. Model prototype E-learning yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari tampilan user friendly, fitur interaktif (kasus, game, chatting, jurnal, mapping konsep, forum diskusi, materi). (2) Tahap perancangan dan pembangunan prototipe, menghasilkan portal E-learning yang diberi nama ELMAnursPRO dan dapat diakses secara online pada alamat URL http://elmanurspro.stikmuhptk.ac.id.. Kesimpulan: Penting mempertimbangkan keterlibatan pengguna dalam penentuan kebutuhan serta pengembangan prototype E-learning yang ingin dihadirkan. Pengembangan prototype E-learning asuhan keperawatan ditujukan sebagai pelengkap pembelajaran yang berfokus pada aspek pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam menerapkan penggunaan NANDA-I, NIC, NOC melalui latihanlatihan kasusyang diberikan.

Background: The low level of mastery among students in the use of NANDA-I, NIC, NOC in maternity nursing care and the unavailability of technology-based learning media become the opportunities for lectures to create innovation in learning through E-learning. Objective: To describe the development of E-learning prototype for maternity nursing care using guidelines for NANDA-I, NIC, NOC. Method: This study was conducted by using a descriptive qualitative method in STIK Muhammadiyah Pontianak for five months. The sample consisting of two lectures and five students was collected by a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentary study. Data validity was tested using a triangulation technique. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative technique. Results: The development of E-learning prototype could only be done in two of four steps in a prototyping method. (1)Requirement identification, i.e. an analysis of problems in nursing care learning process among lectures and students, including (a) a less effective learning strategy, b) less consensus on the use of NANDA-I, NIC, NOC in learning, c)seven things related to students understanding and attitude on the use of NANDA-I, NIC, NOC in the e-learning prototype model required consisted of user friendly interface with interactive features (case, game, chatting, journal, concept mapping, discussion forum, and materials). (2)The designing and development of prototype resulted in an Elearning portal ELMAnursPRO that can be accessed online at URL address http://elmanurspro.stikmuhptk.ac.id. Conclusion: It is important to consider the involvement of users in terms of determining the requirements and the development of E-learning prototype desired. The development of e-learning prototype for nursing care is a complementary media for conventional learning with focus on cognitive aspects of students in applying the use of NANDA-I, NIC, NOC through many case exercises given.
